Our services
We provide SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, web development, branding and design, social media management, video editing and content shoots. The scope, price, timeline and deliverables for each project are agreed in a written proposal, message or agreement before work starts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
Payment and cancellation
Fees, payment dates and cancellation terms are set out in the proposal or agreement for your project. Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google and Meta are separate from our management fee and are paid by you directly to the platform unless agreed otherwise.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information, access and approvals in good time. Delays on your side can delay the work.
- Make sure you have the right to use any text, images, logos or videos you give us.
- Reply to enquiries from your customers promptly. Marketing results depend on how enquiries are handled.
No guarantee of results
We plan every project carefully and report honestly, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competitors, offer, pricing and search engine or platform changes.
Ownership of work
Once a project is complete and paid for in full, you own the final deliverables created for you, such as your logo files and designs. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Third-party material, such as stock images, fonts and software, remains subject to its own licence terms.
Third-party platforms and links
Our services often use third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp and Calendly. We are not responsible for their availability, policy changes or decisions, such as an ad being rejected or an account being restricted. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we do not control their content.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Brand Builders is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost business, arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Lahore.
